Gifore technology Co., LTD was formally registered and established in 2024. It is the core operating entity set‑up in Japan by Gifore Agricultural Science & Technology Service Co., Ltd (China Stock Code: 300022, hereinafter referred to as “Gifore”), the first listed enterprise in China’s agricultural machinery distribution industry. As Gifore’s sole overseas‑held subsidiary, the company draws on Japan’s advanced agricultural‑machinery technologies, mature overseas market system and abundant industrial resources. Taking Japan as the core overseas starting point, it builds a key platform for international operation, technical exchange and commercial cooperation. Going forward, Gifore will take this company as an important springboard to steadily push forward its global business‑expansion plan. It will gradually expand business coverage to Australia and many other countries and regions across the globe, continuously enlarge overseas market channels, integrate premium global agricultural‑machinery industrial resources, enhance corporate brand influence and core competitiveness within the international agricultural‑machinery sector, and help the Group accomplish high‑quality development goals of internationalization and diversification.

Founded in 1994, Gifore Agricultural Science & Technology Service Co., Ltd is the only listed company with a nationwide network layout in China's agricultural-machinery distribution sector. Based on direct-sale and distribution channels covering 21 provinces and municipalities nationwide, it acts as agent for nearly 200 well-known agricultural-machinery brands in China; its subsidiary Jilin Kangda is a leading enterprise in China's conservation-tillage machinery sector, and its high-end intelligent no-till seeder technology is domestically leading and internationally advanced.

Its low-altitude business focuses on low-altitude ecological capacity building, UAV sales and scenario-oriented operation. It has completed business deployment in Hubei, Tianjin, Jiangsu and other areas of China and won bids for major low-altitude-economy projects. Upholding technological innovation and industrial upgrading, Gifore leverages its strengths in channels, manufacturing and emerging-track layout to continuously improve agricultural-machinery business quality and scale up the low-altitude-economy business.

In 2025, Gifore officially established the dual‑wheel‑driven development strategy of “Low‑Altitude Economy + Agriculture”, forming four major business segments: low‑altitude ecological‑capacity building and operation, agricultural‑machinery distribution, high‑end specialized manufacturing, and comprehensive agricultural services. In 2025, the Group achieved total operating revenue of RMB 2.766 billion and relevant cash flow of RMB 162 million. It owns over one‑hundred equity‑participated and controlled subsidiaries, and more than 2,000 business outlets spread across China, with stable business performance.
